(“Bluestem”) today announced the completion of a strategic investment to acquire United Vision Logistics (“UVL”), a provider of overland transportation and logistics services headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana. UVL offers a wide range of services including heavy haul, long haul and expedited haulage, as well as a variety of equipment options to meet customer needs, with operations throughout the United States and Canada.
