- New Car Factory Pre-Order Newsletter Enables dealerships to interact with consumers after placing a new car order and provide order updates, as well as sell them additional services such as servicing their old car, other used car options, and more. - Social Media and reputation management: The new functionality features improved survey-to-review conversion rates while expanding dealership solutions for communicating job postings and dealership employment benefits through social media platforms. New video recommendations can now be collected, and enhancements to Google Business Profiles are now available.
