Integrator doo, Manpower’s franchisee in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria, announces that it has acquired Manpower’s Human Resources and Workforce business in Hungary from ManpowerGroup.
The transaction closes on December 21, 2022. Financial details were not disclosed.
According to Integrator, with the transaction, Integrator could become one of the leading HR consulting and recruitment firms in the region, with operations in six countries.
Lakatos, Köves & Partners (‘LKT’) advised Integrator doo that no further financial details were disclosed.
