Julian Sands: British actor identified as missing hiker

British actor Julian Sands is known for his work in shows such as “24” and films such as “A Room with a View” and “Arachnophobia” Famous, has been identified as a hiker who went missing in the mountains. The Baldi, Calif., area since Friday, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Sanz disappeared at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 13, department spokeswoman Gloria Huerta told CNN.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department recently warned hikers not to visit the mountain. In Baldy, strong winds and ice continue to make conditions dangerous.

In a Facebook post, the agency said search and rescue teams had responded to 14 rescue missions on the mountain in the past four weeks. Baldy and surrounding areas.

“These rescue missions are for lost, stranded and/or injured hikers. Unfortunately, in the past 4 weeks, two hikers have not survived after falls and injuries,” the post said. “Recent storms that have brought snow and ice conditions are not good for hikers, even those who consider themselves experienced.”

Sands’ other credits include films such as “The Killing Fields” and “Leaving Las Vegas” and television shows such as “Smallville.”

One of his most recent credits includes a recurring role on the Netflix series “What/If”.
