Stripe and Amazon announce an expanded global partnership.

Under the new deal, Stripe becomes Amazon’s strategic partner in the U.S., Europe, and Canada, handling the e-commerce giant’s purchases across its business, including Prime, Audible, Kindle, Amazon Pay, and using Prime.

Stripe will also expand its use of AWS, the company’s cloud infrastructure provider.

Amazon began working with fintechs in 2017, hoping to accelerate market expansion in Asia and Europe, and support Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday shopping worldwide.
