Amazon and Stripe
Stripe and Amazon announce an expanded global partnership.
Under the new deal, Stripe becomes Amazon’s strategic partner in the U.S., Europe, and Canada, handling the e-commerce giant’s purchases across its business, including Prime, Audible, Kindle, Amazon Pay, and using Prime.
Stripe will also expand its use of AWS, the company’s cloud infrastructure provider.
Amazon began working with fintechs in 2017, hoping to accelerate market expansion in Asia and Europe, and support Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping worldwide.
British retailer Topps Tiles is improving its fleet delivery capabilities with cloud-based route planning and optimization solutions from Descartes Systems Group.
By doing so, it says it is reducing the average number of kilometers traveled per delivery route by 2% and gaining a better understanding of the potential impact of changes to its delivery strategy.

Six Nations Rugby and Fanatics, a digital sports platform and licensed sports merchandise specialist, have announced an exclusive partnership to launch and operate the official Six Nations Rugby online store for fans ahead of the 2023 tournament.
The store, which is now live, will offer fans a range of officially licensed products, including jerseys, training wear and casual wear.
As part of the partnership, 2022 RTIH Innovation Award nominee Fanatics will exclusively produce Six Nations rugby apparel and outerwear, as well as headwear including branded caps and hats.
The partnership, which will run until 2028, includes the Guinness Men’s Six Nations, the TikTok Women’s Six Nations, the Under-20 and Under-18 Championships, and the Fall Country Series. Six Nations rugby fans will have access to Fanatics’ Cloud Commerce platform.

The latter will provide CJ Lang company-owned stores and distribution centers with integrated store and DC forecasting and replenishment, as well as improved allocation and promotion forecasting.
It will also drive improved order accuracy, forecast sharing with suppliers, and fresh merchandise assortment optimization.
