Onlookers: Voices of Black Advisors Winning for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
As part of a strategy to foster inclusive discussions within its Black financial advisor business community, LPL has launched Onlookers: Voices of Black Advisors. This video series features honest conversations between LPL leaders and advisors from diverse backgrounds on how embracing diversity and inclusion can enhance and facilitate advisor business growth.
The series premiered during Black History Month, where Black advisors share their unique perspectives on overcoming barriers to success, why they choose to become financial advisors, the importance of mentoring and how the industry can better serve the Black community. The series is shared among consultants, staff, industry and client audiences.
