New Engage capabilities include:

  • Integrate with MeridianLink® opening ceremony — In addition to the lending campaigns already offered through MeridianLink, Engage can now use the same frictionless offer acceptance experience for customers running deposit account origination campaigns® Consumer integration.
  • Home Banking/Internet Banking Integration — Engage allows clients to send targeted campaign messages to key audiences while logged into online or mobile banking systems. In addition to the direct mail and email channels initially available, Engage now allows financial institutions to distribute product offers via notifications to eligible consumers when they log into their online banking platform. If consumers are interested, they are redirected to a pre-filled approval form with just one click.
  • Expanded credit bureau integration — At launch, Engage integrates with Experian for pre-screening campaigns. MeridianLink has now extended the integration to Equifax, so customers with preferred relationships with credit bureaus can now take advantage of the pre-screening campaign option.
  • Expand lending activity options — At launch, each member’s personalized URL (PURL) in the campaign is only available for pre-screened lending campaigns. MeridianLink now adds the ability to leverage QR codes and PURLs in all lending activity communications, including application invitations, credit limit enhancement programs and pre-screening campaigns for potential members or customers, extending an improved consumer experience across all lending activity types .
