Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) – A business known for saving customers money in Topeka will soon open a new store in Lawrence.

Officials at ReHome Stores in Topeka said they will open a new store in Lawrence on Jan. 10 at 10 a.m. 25. The new address is at 711 W. 23rd St. – at the Malls. The store is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm.

The staff said that the new store will provide a variety of discounted furniture, household items, toys, cosmetics, kitchen supplies and more. Staff at the new location are currently hired, with an additional 5 – 8 jobs to be added to the community.

“ReHome’s success and growth would not be possible without our loyal customers and incredible team members,” said Zach Haney, owner of ReHome Stores. “I’m so proud of our team and their dedication to creating the ultimate customer experience. We’re also excited about the opportunity to serve the people of Lawrence.”

ReHome says its mission is to save customers money on the things they love while creating the ultimate customer experience around them. Bargain hunters who frequent the store are said to find free coffee and freshly baked goods to enjoy near the checkout.

Officials noted that the company is an off-price retailer that buys overstock from major retailers across the country and passes the savings on to customers. With low overhead, ReHome can offer bigger deals at lower prices, they said.
